Fiscal 2025
In 2020, we embarked on “encouragement research,” wherein we conduct collaborative research with young scholars at the Theatre Museum. In 2025, four projects were adopted, and a variety of research was conducted.

In each research project, researchers from within and outside the university collaborated to investigate and examine the vast and diverse materials of the Theatre Museum. Some of the results were presented at the Theatre Museum’s spring exhibition, “Can Theater Convey the Experience of War?—80 Years of Japanese Postwar Theater,” and fall exhibition, “Sino-Japanese Theatrical Exchange: Ouyang Yuqian, Tian Han, and Japan
